J7. Based on the rate you are paying the bus company you can utilize the bus seating accordingly. For instance if you are registered for a 5day 2way you can surely utilise the seats on every day 5days into school and 5days back home. Nevertheless this has to be predefined during the bus service registration process. Changes will not be allowed unless if you are moving to a new residential address and/or the change is for the next 12weeks of schooling days. ‎
J8. The bus service rate card is a guide for you to ascertain the charges for your required trip. Parents have to decide from the start the exact days and times for the term. As much as we would love to accommodate to any ad hoc changes, it is not feasible to do so. Reasons being children dropped off after your child are affected. I'm sure you will not like your child coming home at staggered timings. For instance one day being dropped off 20mins pass school dismiss and another day 40mins pass school dismissal. Similarly it's not fair for other parents to be in the situation. Moreover if more than one parent is requesting for an ad hoc arrangement we will not be able to allocate seating in the bus. When this happens suddenly you will end up not having a space for your child to be on the bus back home. There will be a very high risk of communication breakdown and drivers will be forced to rush due to pressure from anxious parents.
